Less Maintenance, All the Beauty
Pondless water features strike the perfect balance between a pond and a fountain — delivering the natural look and sound of flowing water with the simplicity of low-maintenance upkeep. They're a popular choice for North Augusta families with small children and pets.
How a Pondless Water Feature Works
Instead of filling a traditional pond basin, water from a waterfall or stream flows down into a bed of gravel, where it's hidden from view. The water level can rise a few inches above the gravel if desired, creating a natural, organic appearance.
As water passes through the gravel to reach the recirculating pump below, the gravel acts as a natural filter — catching larger debris before it reaches the pump. The result is a cleaner system that's easier to maintain than a traditional pond.

Our entry-level waterfall, ideal for smaller backyards. The Garden Falls adds the sight and sound of moving water to your outdoor space without requiring a large footprint or budget.
A step up in height and visual impact. The Crown Falls is a great fit for mid-size yards where you want the waterfall to be a clear focal point, with more water volume and presence than the Garden.
Built for larger properties that call for a statement feature. The Kingdom Falls delivers significantly more height, flow, and structural complexity — a noticeable upgrade over the Crown in scale and sound.
Our largest and most custom waterfall. At 50ft+, the Royal Sanctuary is designed for expansive properties or commercial spaces and can incorporate multiple cascades, custom rockwork, and full landscape integration.

I couldn’t be happier with the waterfall Ethan and his team installed for me over a year ago. Ethan’s designs are creative and artistic, blending naturally into their surroundings. Ethan and his team are friendly, respectful, reliable, hard working, competent, and a pleasure to work with. Top notch service!
Ethan and his team did a wonderful job expanding our existing koi pond and adding a short meandering stream with multiple waterfalls. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the agreed price. No surprises! Also, very responsive with troubleshooting an issue that we caused a couple of weeks after the installation, and talking us through possible solutions until we found what worked! Thanks so much - we love it!
The best thing we ever did was choose Ethan and Kingdom Water Gardens on installing our pondless water feature. The design is perfect for the location. The water feature is beautiful to watch and soothing to listen too. Their service is awesome.
Ethan and his Crew were GREAT, from the very first time meeting until the sad goodbye when they were finished, I'm going to have to have them back, such a pleasure to see them work so hard to bring the Waterfall to life, we will Enjoy and Cherish this focal point of the garden for years to come.I encourage you, if you have a plan for a water feature, these are the best folks to bring it to fruition.
Calling Amen Corners was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our landscape. Ethan and his team dismantled our dysfunctional koi pond and created a beautiful fountainscape that we absolutely love!
Amen Corner Ponds did an amazing job on my pond. It far exceeded my expectations. They really are artists as they placed the boulders. Once they added the plants the whole feature came to life and the lights in it are just amazing. I sit in my backyard and am taken to a place of tranquility. My neighbour's are all quite jealous! The guys are extremely professional and completed the project as promised.
Last summer Ethan and his amazing crew upgraded my koi pond. Their design was spectacular. They brought in boulders, lots of beautiful stone, so many water and land plants and created a whole new healthier environment for my koi fish. Now the water is so clear because of the filtration system they use. I feel like they’ve created my own little oasis in my backyard! They also maintain my pond throughout the year and protect it with netting over the fall and winter from falling leaves and predators. They know their stuff and are delightful to work with !
We were wanting a waterfeature with low maintenance for a small area next to our patio and porch. We contacted Kingdom Water Gardens after checking out their website. We talked to Ethan and we were impressed. He recommended a pondless waterfall. We really weren't sure how it would look, but based on his prior work we knew it would be quality and look nice. He has a great crew that works well together, and they completed the project in three days. It is perfect for the area we had and looks, and sounds, fantastic! Highly recommend Ethan and Kingdom Water Gardens!
We’ve been using Ethan and Amen Corner for years. When we moved to our new home we had him install a new large koi pond for us. That turned out so well we had him come back and do a pondless waterfall for the birds, butterflies and bees. We are so pleased. He and his guys always do such a great job!
